Registration for Summer 2016 is now open!
Travel Study programs combine the excitement of study abroad with the academic rigor of classes taught by UCLA faculty.
Registration for Travel Study summer 2016 closes on April 1, 2016, at 5pm. Please keep in mind the following enrollment steps:
1: Complete the registration form and submit all required information, including a (non-refundable) $300 deposit. This is the first down payment towards your program fee and holds your space until April 1.
2: Final payment for Travel Study is due on April 1, except for students who are applying for financial aid. Please note that after April 1, 2016 there will be no refunds offered for program fees.
Financial aid students must submit documents specific to their type of aid to UCLA by April 1 in order to be eligible for aid and to maintain their space on the program. Click here for full instructions. ALL students applying for financial aid must pay their fees at least 5 calendar days before the start of their program.
3: Certain programs require supplemental documents, such as housing questionnaires and applications, passport scans, etc, in order to participate in the program. If these have been requested please submit them in a timely manner.
4: You will receive pre-departure information in the spring quarter, including arrival instructions, pre-departure orientation date, an information packet from your professor, link to your program Facebook group and other important details. We will notify you when important details become available, but please also retrieve your application periodically to check for new documents.
