LGBTQIA+ Out in the World

While LGBTQIA+ life exists everywhere, the degree to which it is visible and to which it is supported varies greatly around the world. This session will help prepare students with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to study abroad as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Participants will have an opportunity to hear from UCEAP alumni and learn about their experiences as LGBTQIA+ students abroad.

This session will be presented by the UC Santa Barbara Education Abroad Program in partnership with the UCSB Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity.
