UCLA Travel Study is pleased to announce new UCLA Travel Study Grants provided in partnership with the Rothman Family Institute for Food Studies.  The grants will be exclusively provided to registered participants in the Rome & Pisa program: Atlantic Foodways: Culture, Science & Governance offered through the UCLA Department of History. Grants are guaranteed for the first 22 students to register for the program on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must be otherwise eligible for program participation in order to be issued the award.

All confirmed program participants will need to subsequently complete a scholarship application in order for grants to be processed (see application period details below).  Grants will be in the amount of up to $5,000 and provided to offset student program fees.  Students must maintain enrollment in required program coursework and successfully participate on the program to avoid repayment of the grant funding post-program.
