The IEO is pleased to announce the OrgullOSOs Abroad – Snaider-Garriga Family Scholarship, which aims to support UCLA undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need who wish to participate in study or internship abroad. It is the Donors’ wish to support first-generation students. Applicants must be a UCLA student participating in a UCLA Global Internship, UCLA Travel Study or UCEAP program.
The Snaider-Garriga Family Scholarship is made possible by a generous gift from Andres Snaider and Stephanie Garriga.

ELIGIBILITY
- Currently enrolled UCLA undergraduate student.
- Must demonstrate financial need (based on FAFSA and Financial Aid Office).
- Students participating in virtual programs are not eligible.
Please note that this scholarship will be awarded through a competitive application process. Students must comply with program registration/application deadlines to be eligible.
HOW TO APPLY
- Login to ucla.academicworks.com.
- Complete the General Application.
- Apply to the Global Bruins Scholarship once application opens for your program term.
Applications will be reviewed by the UCLA IEO Scholarship Committee. Award announcements will be made mid-March for summer/fall/year programs.
