The UCLA International Education Office (IEO) is pleased to announce the UCLA Global Education Scholarship, which is made possible by generous contributions from UCLA study abroad alumni and friends. Applicants must be a UCLA Global Studies major attending a mandatory UCLA Travel Study summer program. Up to five scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded for summer 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled UCLA undergraduate student.
- Global Studies major participating in a mandatory Travel Study summer program.
- Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA.
- Currently receiving need-based financial aid (based on FAFSA and UCLA Financial Aid Office).
- Students participating in virtual programs are not eligible.
Please note that this scholarship will be awarded through a competitive application process. Students must comply with program registration/application deadlines to be eligible for this scholarship.
Application Instructions

- Complete the General Application.
- Apply to the Global Bruins Scholarship once application opens for your program term.
Applications will be reviewed by the UCLA IEO Scholarship Committee. Award announcements will be made mid-March for summer/fall programs and mid-December for winter/spring programs.
