Company Description: The internship will take place at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, which is the main actor in the state’s monetary, fiscal and budgetary policy. The student will join the International Arbitration and Investment Protection Unit. This specialised unit focuses mainly on legal representation of the Czech Republic in investment arbitrations, negotiation of bilateral investment treaties and participation in international organisations (such as UN – UNCITRAL, WTO, OECD, or EU).
